John is HMA’s key associate for Sub-Saharan Africa based in Ethiopia. He is an international commercial & operational business advisor with particular emphasis and experience in support services to or within the oil & gas, mining, international supply chain, logistics and transportation sectors. His career includes Managing Director roles in West Africa with DHL, in Azerbaijan with BP/ASCO, in Saudi Arabia with TNT and in Dubai with an Emirates/Agility joint venture with many years based in East, West and Central Africa. He speaks English and French and has an MBA and Marketing Diploma from Cranfield School of Management UK.

USMEP project. He has been a pioneer in new media since 1993 when he developed one of the first development methodologies for interactive projects at the Ringling College of Art & Design. He has more than 30 years experience providing corporate communications, identity packages, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies, Health Care, Higher Education, and Manufacturing.

In addition to being HMA’s key associate in Tunisia, Rym is the Secretary General of the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce and a successful entrepreneur. Formerly with IESC and the Global Technology Network (GTN), she began consulting in 1999, and opened a Halva factory in 2007 with sales and distribution throughout the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Rym earned undergraduate degrees in business administration and marketing from the Université Laval, Quebec, Canada and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, New York.

Sabre is an international economic development specialist with a background in enterprise development and private sector development. She has worked with NGOs, multilaterals and the private sector in the USA, Brazil, Jordan, Angola and Peru. Her areas of expertise include business development, business enabling environments, value chain enhancement, gender and social inclusion. Ms. Collier is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. She earned her MA in International Management & Policy at New York University and her BA at Spelman College. She has produced three documentaries exploring issues of race and social exclusion in Cuba, Brazil and Venezuela. She is a founding partner of EOSS Consulting, a Brazilian economic development consulting firm.
